Well, we’re pretty excited right now: SquareTrade has been awarded not one but TWO Stevie awards: the People’s Choice Award for “Favorite Customer Service” and Gold Stevie Award for Customer Service - Financial Service. Wow! Last night Kord Hamilton, our amazing Customer Experience Manager & Claims Team Manager, was on hand at the ceremony Las Vegas to receive the awards. Here’s what he had to say:

“What an amazing evening! I have to say that the honor of representing SquareTrade at the 2012 Stevie Awards was one of the high points of my life. This is the result of so many individuals working in concert to ensure our customer experience are A-1, top-notch, cream of the crop…I could go on and on.”
